Associate Lawyers

1. Mediation First (Preventing Litigation)

Our first step in handling our Client’s disagreement with the opposing party is to attempt to dispute resolution by Mediation. In the mediation process, we act as mediators/facilitators between the opposing parties to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. The mediation program is considered a timely, informal, and cost-effective resolution of disputes. Our records show that Mediation resolves 45% to 50% of cases.

2. Litigation (expenses control)

We get into this stage ONLY if the Mediation fails between the adversaries / opposing parties.

Our associate lawyers provide services through a mix of expertise required for the Client’s lawsuit. The dedicated core team handles the legal research and drafting of the Client’s plaint, motions, and representations. We choose the right associate lawyer (value for money) for taking the case from the legal document produced by us. The lawyer selected has a brief ready and has to argue the point. No waiting for him to draft the case or do any legal research. He is prepared to go!

At critical stages of litigation, we engage a counsel/senior advocate (relevant to the field) after consultation with our Client. This approach keeps the Client’s litigation expenses in control.

3. ZERO tolerance [to Ineffective assistance of Lawyers and Legal Malpractice]

Generally, when a client engages a lawyer, s/he has no idea of his approach to the lawsuit. Based on trust and tradition, the practical assistance of the lawyer is always presumed. Most of the time, the Client claims ineffective assistance of his/her lawyer.

Here in our case, we control the legal research and drafting of the pleadings, motions, and representations to the Court at different levels by working closely with our legal associates.

Hence the question of ineffective assistance does not arise.

If the Client still feels that the assigned legal associate is ineffective for the Court arguments (which is very rare), we replace him/her with another associate at no extra charge.

4. Forensic Analysis Support (In case of Fraud / Forgery/ Evidence)

We evaluate your evidence and determine if the forensic analysis is required to strengthen your lawsuit. If necessary, we assist you in getting the forensic analysis of the relevant evidence to be done.

5. Client Interaction – Our extended communication support beyond working hours!

It seems that most of the time, the clients are restricted to call only in the evening when their lawyer is free after the Court working hours. The practice followed by most lawyers is that their clients have to reach out on the phone to them and not vice versa. If the Client cannot reach the lawyer in that evening time slot, s/he has to wait for the next available time slot.

We proactively communicate with our clients and update them on the status of their case. Our clients can call us at any time of the day/extended hours for any queries regarding their matter. There is no time restriction for our clients at all.

6. Value Propositions for Our Associates (Lawyers)

Our Legal Research & Drafting: Increases revenue of our associate lawyers

The lawyer, who is most of the time busy in the Court during the day and has scheduled meetings with his prospects/clients in the evening, hardly has any time for legal research, drafting quality pleadings, motions, or representations.

If the lawyer gets into legal research and drafting, then s/he would be able to do justice to only a handful of clients and lose revenue. Therefore, s/he delegates the crucial part of the litigation– legal research and skilled drafting to his paralegal/juniors, whose limited experience most likely negatively affects the Client’s case.

Our dedicated team to legal research and drafting adds value to our associate lawyers by delivering tailored quality pleadings, motions, and representations as per the client case. Our associate lawyers can handle more matters with such well-pleaded briefs and increase their revenue and do the best tasks.
