Pre Litis Services was founded by Amarlal Ramrakhiani, spearheading the firm with his practicing associates (Lawyers and Counsels) at Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court of India. Amarlal Ramrakhiani is a Juris Doctor (J.D.), a professional doctorate, the highest degree necessary to practice law in the United States of America, and the final degree obtained by most legal practitioners.

PLoS and Pre Litis Services are privately held companies by the sole proprietor, Amarlal Ramrakhiani, a Juris Doctor [J.D.] from the law school accredited by the State Bar of California, USA. Amarlal Ramrakhiani is also an engineering and law graduate having over 35 years of industry experience in various business practices worldwide.

PLoS, a division of Pre Litis Services, is an offshore Bespoke Professional Legal Services provider to the practicing Attorneys and Pro Se litigants representing legal matters for adjudication at the State and Federal Courts of USA and Canada.

Based on the Client/Attorney’s supervision and under the SCRUM theory, the Services Owner, i.e., the sole proprietor, Amarlal Ramrakhiani, along with his team of dedicated lawyers, are responsible for maximizing the value of the Professional Legal Services to the clients resulting from the work of his optimal nimble Development Legal Services Team, large enough to complete significant work within a reasonable time.
